Simply Stampin' Challenge #72 - Theme & Guest Designer

Morning Everyone!

We have another Guest Designer for this month...
Victoria Rogers of Blue Jelly Stamping!

Like always we asked Victoria a number of questions to find what it is about
crafting and Stampin' Up! that she loves...

1) Why did you join Stampin'Up! & what do you love about SU!?
I was an accidental demo. A friend of mine had been thinking about joining SU and
decided not to (!). I read the details she'd been sent and decided to give it a go
myself. As a stay at home mum to my two little boys I thought it was something I
could fit in my life and also give me something for 'me'. The thing I love the most
about SU is all the amazing friendships I've made with like minded crafters who
are as excited about the products as I am!

2) How long have you been crafting for?
As long as I can remember, I started as a child with a love of fabric and all things
crafty, my Grandma was a seamstress and my Mum designed wedding gowns.
I went on to study art at college and then textile design at University so something
creative had to come of it all.

3) What are your 3 desert island SU! items? (things you just can't craft without)?
Just 3? aargh, erm, it would have to be an ink pad, a stamp set and
some whisper white card or I'd be stuck!
4) What is your favourite SU! colour?
Pool Party

5) Which is your most reached for stamp set?
Oval All

6) Your favorite 3 x SU! projects...
Fabric Owls

Teacher Survival Chest

My Purse Design

7) What inspires your crafting creativity?
Talking with others about Stampin' Up! or browsing the internet for inspiration.
8) What's your favourite crafting technique?
Punching out a stamped image, I'm not lazy, just more time poor with my
boys at home so I need to do fast crafting!
Thanks Victoria! To have a look at more of her fab cards and other crafty items
then pop on over to her blog here.

You can tell it is the summer holidays as it is a little quiet on the blog this week.
I think everyone is trying to take advantage of the sunshine here in the UK at the
moment or are enjoying it somewhere else! Thanks to those of you that took part,
now as we had only a small amount of entries we have selected
just one this week for the top spot...

Well done Marcia, thanks for playing along!
Please take the Top 3 banner from the sidebar to display on your blog!
This week we are back with a Theme Challenge and it is...

'Let's Hear It For The Boys'

So we want to see all of your best masculine projects, whether it be a card,
scrapbook layout or 3D creation!

Little Reminder!
Don't forget that in order to be considered for the Top 3 you must
use one Stampin' Up! image or sentiment and we reserve the right to
remove submissions that do not represent the challenge, link to non-SU
promotions, or do not use at least one Stampin' Up! stamp,
designer paper, punch or die.

To get you inspired this is our Guest Designer Victoria's card...

And our Design Team's creations...
